The projects that are implemented by us lead to our Clients’ success.
Each project that is implemented by a team of our consultants is treated individually. We are aware of the fact that we cooperate with the people while the documents and devices are only instruments we use in our work. We see the unique and exceptional nature of our Clients’ problems and we attempt to provide solutions that help the people and their businesses.
The scheme of our work is based on the following principles: practicality, specificity, purpose and measurability.
At the beginning of the project we specify in detail:
- the purpose and scope of the project.
- the timetable of the project.
- the decision-making group for the project.
- the project team.
- the reporting forms and principles.
We always organize a team and a person in charge of the project success.
During the task implementation, the visits at the Client’s registered office are a must. Effective solutions are based on close and direct contact. Consultations, audits, analyses and training are carried out by selected competent consultants to be accepted by the Client.
Each meeting ends with reporting. Reports on work progress specify in detail:
- work results at a given meeting.
- tasks for implementation, the persons in charge and the time-limits.
- progress in the works on the entire project: tasks, stages, investment, and so on.
- progress in timetable implementation.
Apart from drafting reports, the decision-making group also organizes meetings to discuss the work progress on a regular basis.
Our joint projects always come to an end, which does not apply to our cooperation with our Clients.
Our motto is as follows: “Once-served customer shall remain our long-term client”.
We are always doing our best to help our Customers, even those whose projects have been completed, solve their business problems. They will never be spared our support, because it is our Customers’ success which makes us successful. This also refers to all our Customers, irrespective of their size or projects.
