These reviews provide for an investor the analysis of existing condition of the organisation or site within: Impacts on the environment. Compliance with the environmental legislation. Existing and potential environmental hazards. Corrective environmental programmes Management methods of industrial use of environment.

Periodical reviews
Periodical reviews aim to: Check environmental legislation compliance. Determine the necessity of undertaking corrective environmental activities Enhance environmental policy.

Professional reviews
Within the group of professional reviews there are the following: Environmental Risk Assessment - determines existing or potential environmental risks due to occurrence of environmental accidents or pollution/contamination incidents. Determination of existing land and water contamination along with the description of possible reclamation work.
